Western States is excited to welcome our attendees to the Seattle Marriott Waterfront for our 2009 event. This hotel property is a premier property in Seattle, located on Alaskan Way, directly across the street from Elliott Bay. It is steps from Pike Place Market and downtown Seattle. Fifty percent of the rooms provide balconies with breathtaking views of Mt. Rainier, Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountain Range. As a Western States employee, your lodging will be arranged and paid for (based on double occupancy) by Western States, based on the information collected in the online registration process. Please make sure to fill out the information as accurately as possible, including arrival date information, roommate information or single room request information. If you are requesting a specific roommate, please make sure to arrange this with them prior to registration and make sure they register you as their request as well.

If you are a non-Western States attendee, Western States has negotiated a low rate for our attendees. We have a limited number of these rooms available, so please make sure to place your reservations with the hotel early. The link below will route you directly to the Marriott website with our rate code pre-inserted into the discount field. Again, a limited number of rooms is available so make your reservations as early as possible.

TRANSPORTATION

Western States has partnered with Shuttle Express in Seattle for all airport and ground transportation.

If you are a Western States employee, these arrangements will be made on your behalf and you will receive confirmation prior to the event as well as instructions on your transfers.

If you are a non-Western States employee, you are invited to contact Shuttle Express at (206) 622-1424 or www.shuttleexpress.com to arrange your transfers. You will receive a $10 discount if you book a round trip reservation.

1.	Head south on International Blvd/WA-99 toward S 180th St (0.2 mi)
